[Package Issue]: gaubert.gmvault

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

Winget says it is installing version 1.9.1, but after successful installation, it identifies the installed version as 1.5-beta.

I also tried to uninstall and reinstall fresh with winget, but with the same result.

Steps to reproduce

(if needed: winget uninstall gaubert.gmvault)
winget install gaubert.gmvault
winget upgrade

Actual behavior

After the clean installation of 1.9.1, winget upgrade should be satisfied. Instead, it says it can upgrade from 1.5-beta to 1.9.1.

Expected behavior

After a clean installation, the installed version that winget identifies matches the one it installed.

Start by reproducing the reported sequence with winget uninstall, winget install, winget list --id gaubert.gmvault, and winget upgrade. Compare the installed version with the manifest version shown in the logs, 1.9.1. Done means a clean install reports 1.9.1 and winget upgrade no longer offers Gmvault.
