Brief description of your issue

Hello,

I updated python to 3.12 and uninstalled 3.11. winget is still telling me I can upgrade to 3.12. Perhaps it's getting confused because they released an update to 3.11 at the same time? Or maybe it is similar to OBS where I have to go to regedit to fix the version number?

winget upgrade

Actual behavior

It wants me to upgrade and seems to be confused about what version I have.

Expected behavior

It shouldn't be finding an upgrade.

Start with the reported winget upgrade command and the supplied winget --info output; verify how Python 3.11 and 3.12 are identified after 3.11 is uninstalled. Done means the upgrade list no longer reports an upgrade for the installed Python version, with the package identity and reproduction details confirmed.
