Brief description of your issue
I accidentally pull requested the same version, as I was trying out wingetcreate update, and thought not putting in the version would auto generated the version from the .exe like wingetcreate new did. It changed https://updates.cdn-apple.com/2023/windows/032-90920-20230606-31F68023-4408-4152-9644-537F0911A409/WindowsMigrationAssistantSetup.exe to https://download.info.apple.com/Mac_OS_X/091-6112.20141020.RiAde/WindowsMigrationAssistantSetup.exe . The first one is the correct one as it is the latest one and fits that version number, while the second is the oldest version of the software. The pull at https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/120234 addresses this, please merge that one.
Steps to reproduce
Install WinMigAss from winget
Actual behavior
The oldest version, intended for Lion to Yosemite users, installs, rather than the latest version, despite having the version number of the latest.
Expected behavior
The newest version installs.
Environment
N/A, it is just a wrong URL, no additional factors could come into play.

Research direction
Review the Apple.WindowsMigrationAssistant package manifest and the installer URL described in the issue; no file or test is named. Compare the current state with pull request #120234, then verify that installing WinMigAss selects the newest version rather than the old Lion-to-Yosemite build.
