[Package Issue]: OpenMedia.4KVideoDownloader mixup between 4K Video Downloader and 4K Video Downloader+

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

4K Video Downloader has been superseded by 4K Video Downloader+ -- see https://www.4kdownload.com/-53

The current (last, probably) version of 4K Video Downloader is 4.27.0.5570
The current version of 4K Video Downloader+ is 1.2.3.0034

winget list 4kvideo yields:

Of course, the behavior when attempting to update is incorrect too.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 4K Video Downloader+ e.g. via the MSI available at https://www.4kdownload.com/-53
2. Invoke winget list 4kvideo
