[Package Issue]: JetBrains.IntelliJIDEA.Ultimate when using winget install it installs outdated version 2023.1.5 although 2023.2 exists

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

but winget install JetBrains.IntelliJIDEA.Ultimate installs 2023.1.5

Steps to reproduce

Execute winget install JetBrains.IntelliJIDEA.Ultimate

Actual behavior

2023.1.5 is installed

Expected behavior

2023.2 should be installed
