[Package Issue]: NetRadio

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

NetRadio includes its version number in the name but just puts "NetRadio" in the version part of ARP.

This is how the publisher has designed the installer (and occurs on installs outside of winget). I'm not sure how to accommodate this since the developer uses a vanity link for downloads (no way to provide a fixed link).

Steps to reproduce

Install NetRadio from winget
winget update

Actual behavior

Wants to update to version 2.3.0.6 (actual version) from version "NetRadio"

Expected behavior

Does not want to update since netradio is already up to date.

Start by reproducing the NetRadio installation and running winget update, then compare the installed ARP version with the reported 2.3.0.6 version. Research how winget package metadata handles installers whose displayed version is not usable and whose download uses a vanity link. Done means an installed, current NetRadio package is not offered an unnecessary update.
