[Package Issue]: Helix.Helix doesn't add itself to PATH env variable properly

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

The path to the package is added to PATH env variable but the actual executable is located inside a directory (helix-23.05-x86_64-windows so the terminal can't find it:

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Helix.Helix
2. Restart shell to have the updated environment variables
3. Open terminal
4. type hx

Actual behavior

Command is not found

Expected behavior

Helix editor opens

Start by reproducing the Helix.Helix installation on Windows with Windows Package Manager, restart the shell, and run hx as described in the issue. Compare the PATH entry with the directory containing the executable; done means hx launches Helix after installation and the environment refresh.
