[Package Issue]: SonicWALL.GlobalVPNClient

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

Trying to silent upgrade the program to 4.10.4 causes the update to abruptly restart the machine, instead of completing the remaining updates from running upgrade all

NOTE: Formerly this ticket was created when the VPN was under the id SonicWALL.GlobalVPN instead of the newer SonicWALL.GlobalVPNClient

Steps to reproduce

0. Make sure an older version of SonicWALL.GlobalVPNClient is installed.
1. Run winget upgrade -hr and accept any source or package agreements
2. Approve any admin prompts that show up for installs.

Actual behavior

When it gets it finishes the upgrade for SonicWALL.GlobalVPNClient, it instantly restarts the machine.

Expected behavior

Should update SonicWALL.GlobalVPNClient, not restart the machine, and continue with the rest of the updates, and maybe include a warning that a restart is required to finish.

Start by reproducing the upgrade with winget upgrade -hr on the stated Windows and WinGet versions, then inspect the attached WinGet log for the SonicWALL.GlobalVPNClient installer result. Determine whether the package manifest or installer behavior causes the restart; done means the upgrade no longer unexpectedly restarts the machine and the remaining upgrades can proceed, or the issue is documented as requiring a restart.
