Description of the new feature/enhancement
Hello, I have created a lot of pull requests, however sometimes I get a little bit wrong when it comes to the identifier and version. Please make a solution to this problem by creating a bot to rename the folders of a broken manifest when it detects it.
Proposed technical implementation details (optional)
If it detects a manifest error the bot checks the identifier and version of every one, then submits a suggestion to “rename the folder” by making new folders and moving all manifest files there. It would have been straightforward if there was only one manifest but there are three.

Research direction
Start by examining the WinGet-PKGS manifest folder layout and how manifest errors are detected. The issue provides no file names, tests, or bot entry point, so identify the existing validation workflow before defining the scope. Done would require reliably detecting incorrect identifiers or versions across all three manifests and proposing the required folder rename.
