[Package Issue]: CondaForge.Mambaforge

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

When updated by winget, the old package gets uninstalled automatically, and all environments and packages will get removed.

Steps to reproduce

• install an old version of any conda installation: minicinda/miniforge/mamba forge ...
• run winget upgrade --all or winget upgrade <package>
• all of your environments are deleted.

Actual behavior

All of environments are deleted without any warning.

Expected behavior

-recognizing and excluding these apps
or
-running only conda update --all -n base
or
-backing up environments so they can be restored

Start by reproducing the upgrade with an older Conda, Miniconda, Miniforge, or Mambaforge installation using winget upgrade --all or winget upgrade <package>. Determine which package manifests and upgrade behavior are involved; the issue is done only when an agreed approach prevents environment deletion or clearly handles the warning, update, or backup behavior.
