It look like winget-create does not replace display version while during wingetcreate update
Steps to reproduce
Wingetcreate update "NewInstallerURL" -v "PackageVersion" "Package.Identifier" that contain Display Version
Expected behavior
Display Version changed
Actual behavior
Display Version did not changed.
