Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want to have the ability to "edit" a source.

I want to modify the name or change the targeting between "explicit" and "nonexplicit".

I want to rename a source (with the exception of the default sources).

I want to be able to modify the TTL (update interval).

Research direction

Start with the WinGet CLI, COM API, and PowerShell areas named in the issue. Define how source editing should handle names, default-source restrictions, explicit versus nonexplicit targeting, and TTL updates, then identify the relevant existing source-management tests or entry points. Done means the requested edits work consistently across the named interfaces.
