Description

Relevant area(s)

WinGet CLI

Description of the new feature / enhancement

DSC can "export" resources, and for an instance "name", it could expose the _name property.

We should add a reasonable name using _name
possibly "WinGet Package" for Microsoft.WinGet/Package.

Research direction

Start by tracing the WinGet CLI's DSC resource export path and the Microsoft.WinGet/Package instance handling. Determine how exported instances represent their name, then verify that the export includes a reasonable _name value, such as the proposed package label.
