Research direction
Start with the WinGet CLI path for winget upgrade --all and trace how upgrade results are currently formatted. Define the required before/after version, build, installed-path, and log output, then check how the existing output and upgrade tests cover the command. Done means the requested details are consistently visible for upgrades.
