Brief description of your issue
Every time winget updates Scooter Software's Beyond Compare, it installs the French version, overwriting the originally installed English version. I then have to uninstall, download the new version installer, and reinstall to get back to English.
Steps to reproduce
winget upgrade "Beyond Compare 5"
Expected behavior
BC5 version updated but interface language unchanged
Actual behavior
proceeds till
Successfully verified installer hash
Starting package install...
Successfully installed
but now BC5 is in French
