Description

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'd like to have an installer type for "selfExtracting".

[!NOTE]
This is still technically an .exe-based installer, but there could be standard arguments.

Proposed technical implementation details

Add a new installer type to the manifest schema.

Update wingetcreate, and YAMLCreate so they can detect this scenario.

Update the WinGet REST Source so it can also support this installer type.

Research direction

Start with the manifest schema and trace how installer types are represented. Then inspect the wingetcreate and YAMLCreate detection paths and the WinGet REST Source handling; done means all three components accept and correctly process the selfExtracting installer type.
