Brief description of your issue
We have package loss and network looping to reach cdn.winget.microsoft.com .
Steps to reproduce
Test "tracert -d cdn.winget.microsoft.com" and "ping cdn.winget.microsoft.com"
Expected behavior
Looping tracert to same IP, ping timout, or package loss.
Actual behavior
Looping
