Error with winget update - Failed in attempting to update the source: winget

Brief description of your issue

When trying to do winget update I get an error message Failed in attempting to update the source: winget.

Steps to reproduce

Run winget update

Expected behavior

It should refresh the sources successfully and list packages that need updating.

Actual behavior

The error message Failed in attempting to update the source: winget appears.
