WinGet could detect at runtime if a resource asks for elevation. If securityContext: elevated wasn't specified in the directives of the resource, WinGet could output a helpful message like: "The resource required elevated permissions. Consider adding securityContext: elevated in the directives of the resource. For more information, see aka.ms/someUrl"
