Description

Brief description of your issue

Winget starts doing its work and after a while downloading just stops for no reason. My connection is fully stable, and it's been few months with this issue. This problem is not yt-dlp specific. it occurs with other packages too.
It occurs in vintage console (conhost.exe)
It occurs without sudo.exe

Steps to reproduce

Just type this command "sudo winget install yt-dlp"

Expected behavior

yt-dlp gets installed?

Actual behavior

Winget starts doing its work and after a while downloading just stops for no reason. My connection is fully stable, and it's been few months with this issue
Tried a million times to download this specific package no luck. downloading always gets stuck somewhere.
