Winget currently installs packages to the absolute path:

C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WinGet\Packages

Instead, using %LocalAppData% would improve flexibility and compatibility:

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\WinGet\Packages
