Description

Brief description of your issue

I have noticed for sometime that the unofficial release updates to LAV Filters that are installed by MPC-HC show up in UniGetUI as being updatable to the latest official Github release although they are actually an incremental update that is more recent.

Image

Steps to reproduce

Just install MPC-HC from github which includes the incremental LAV Filters updates.
Then run UniGetUI and it will show the official github release as an available WinGet update although it is less recent.
I raised an issue on the UniGetUI repository but the issue is not specific to that app.
Is this behaviour by design as 0 0.79.2-20 is not an official release or is it something that can be fixed?

Expected behavior

WinGet should allow for incremental LAV Filters updates such as 0 0.79.2-20 when deciding which is the most recent version compared to the latest github release 0.79.2

Actual behavior

LAV Filters 0.79.2 is shown as an update to 0 0.79.2-20 although it is really a regression.

Environment
UniGetUI 3.1.5
Win 11 Pro x64 26100.2605 Insider Release Preview
