Brief description of your issue

The msstore is returning 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to be added as a source

Steps to reproduce
winget source add --name msstore https://storeedgefd.dsx.mp.microsoft.com/v9.0
Expected behavior

Source is added and can be used to install packages

Actual behavior
Adding source:
  msstore -> https://storeedgefd.dsx.mp.microsoft.com/v9.0
An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:
0x801901f4 : Internal server error (500).
