Cannot `uninstall`

I cannot uninstall an app that was installed with Winget

Steps to reproduce

1. Install any package, e.g. Gyan.FFmpeg

2. winget uninstall Gyan.FFmpeg
   

Expected behavior

Uninstallation should work

Actual behavior

No installed package found matching input criteria.
