Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
Installing Microsoft 365 apps for instance (Microsoft.Office), even with a silent install, Winget still shows setup.exe's console window on-screen when I'd prefer it not be visible at all.
Proposed technical implementation details
A new opt-in switch to not show the console window if requested/desired.

Research direction
Start by tracing how winget launches an installer's setup.exe during a silent installation, using Microsoft.Office as the example. Define the opt-in switch's expected behavior and verify that silent installs suppress the installer's console window only when the switch is requested.
