Brief description of your issue
I was installing paraview using winget and resized the command line window, resulted in having 2 loading bars, see screenshot:
Winget version: v1.7.3481-preview
Windows version: Windows 10 pro 22H2 19045.3930
Steps to reproduce
- Open command line
- Use winget to install any software
- While winget is installing the software, resize the command line window
Expected behavior
Window resizes and winget looks the same
Actual behavior
Window resized like normally but winget duplicated the loading bar
