`winget` mixes up PowerShell and PowerShell Preview

Brief description of your issue

On a Windows 11 machine with both PowerShell 7.3.8.0 and PowerShell 7.4.0-preview.6 installed, I get the following very incorrect output:

There's a confusion between PowerShell and PowerShell Preview.

(unsure why winget list powershell lists oh-my-posh and Windows Terminal, but that's not the point)

Steps to reproduce

Unsure, I haven't seen this on any other machine with the same PowerShell versions installed.
