Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
It would be really cool if defaultInstallRoot could be split up into architecture-specific folders, like the system does by default for traditionally installed programs.
Proposed technical implementation details
Have defaultInstallRootx86 and defaultInstallRootx64 point to different folders and have installs done through winget to respect these choices and install programs from the respective architectures in the respective folders

Research direction
Start by locating how defaultInstallRoot is defined and how architecture is detected during winget installs. Trace the install path for x86 and x64 packages, then determine how separate defaultInstallRootx86 and defaultInstallRootx64 values should be configured and respected. Done means each architecture installs under its corresponding root, with coverage for both paths.
