Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
If possible, it would be nice to have winget's export and list commands capture modified installation parameters for each installed program. With this information it would be easy to create a script to reinstall packages while preserving their customized settings.
For example, if Visual Studio Code was installed with the parameter
--user-data-dir=C:\VSCode\UserData
winget export and list commands would have an option to include this information.
Sorry if that has been suggested before, I couldn't find any issues regarding it.

Research direction
Start with the export and list command entry points in winget-cli and trace how installed package data and installation parameters are collected. Determine whether modified parameters are available for installed programs and how an option could represent them. Done means both commands can expose those parameters in a form suitable for reproducing customized installations.
