Description

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Sometimes I'd like information on if just a single package is pinned. It would be nice if I could use something like winget pin show <query> to see if the pin existed and details about the pin

winget pin show Discord
winget pin show --id Microsoft.Office
winget pin show Microsoft.VCRedist.2013.x86
Proposed technical implementation details

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing winget pin command entry points and running the documented examples for Discord, Microsoft.Office, and Microsoft.VCRedist.2013.x86. The work is done when winget pin show <query> supports the shown query forms and reports whether a matching package is pinned along with the pin details.
