Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
Some companies use cloud services to distribute their products to the public. There exists no permanent linking service for these types of platforms. ItchIO is another one of these platforms that do not include permanent linking.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing how the CLI currently handles download URLs, then assess the proposed headless-browser approach for Google Drive, Dropbox, itch.io, and MediaFire links. Done would mean an agreed scope for supported links and verified download behavior.
