winget install Microsoft.WindowsTerminal --tag my-tag
or
winget install Microsoft.WindowsTerminal --add-to-list my-list

Research direction
Start with the CLI install entry point for winget install and the JSON export flow. Trace how install options are parsed and how export selects items, then define the behavior for --tag and --add-to-list, including choosing tagged or listed items versus the full setup.
