Research direction

Start by reproducing winget install sysinternals and winget uninstall sysinternals, then compare how each command resolves the search term against the installed package. Done means the same search term successfully identifies the package for both installation and uninstallation, with the relevant tests passing.

Description

Issue-Bug
Brief description of your issue

The search term we use to install a software should also work for uninstalling.

Steps to reproduce
  1. winget install sysinternals
  2. winget uninstall sysinternals
Expected behavior

Sysinternals suite to be installed and uninstalled.

Actual behavior

Uninstall throws a "No installed package found matching input criteria. "

But works when I type winget uninstall "sysinternals suite"
