Result of installing WingetCreate is
Installer failed with exit code: 0x80070002 : The system cannot find the file specified.

Steps to reproduce

Open powershell adminstrator cmd and execute:
winget install Microsoft.WingetCreate --verbose-logs

Expected behavior

Expected Microsoft.WingetCreate to be installed

Actual behavior

Installation fails.
Log is showing [FAIL] D: ...
PC does not have a drive D:
WinGet-2022-06-08-15-25-02.762.log

Done means identifying why installation refers to the unavailable D: drive and verifying that Microsoft.WingetCreate installs successfully on a system without that drive.
