Reproduce the command winget install --id Microsoft.MouseandKeyboardCenter --scope machine and start with the installer-selection failure reported at AppInstallerCLICore/Workflows/InstallFlow.cpp:74. Compare the manifest's installer scope with the requested scope and use the logged selection behavior to define the fix. Done means the package installs with the requested machine scope without the no-applicable-installer error.
