Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
I want to be able to search by architecture.
winget search --architecture ARM
I want to be able to specify search filters by architecture in settings
"searchFilters": {
"Architecture": {
"ARM": "include"
"x86": "exclude"
}
}
The default behavior would be to include architectures matching the current machine platform and excluding architectures not supported on the current machine platform.
This would also include improving the default search experience to filter results by supported architectures available for the current machine.

Research direction
Start by tracing the winget search --architecture command and the searchFilters settings entry described in the issue. Determine how architecture filters and the current machine platform affect results, then verify that explicit filters and the default supported-architecture filtering behave as specified.
