Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
It would be great if we could have a VSIX to support extensions for VS and VSCode.
https://github.com/microsoft/WindowsTemplateStudio/releases/tag/4.1.21179.01 is a great example for one that would something that would be something I'd want on my VS 2019 instance.
Bonus points if we just point to VS Marketplace's direct link and pull from there :)

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the linked WindowsTemplateStudio VSIX example and the winget-cli extension surface, then clarify the intended VS and VSCode behavior, including whether direct VS Marketplace links are in scope; done means an agreed, testable VSIX feature definition.
