Description
A/W message constants such as LVM_FINDITEMA and LVM_FINDITEMW are present, with unsuffixed LVM_FINDITEM, but do not appear to carry [Ansi] / [Unicode] metadata. Is this intentional because they are constants rather than callable APIs, or should A/W constants/macros also be annotated for projections?

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by tracing how A/W and unsuffixed constants are represented in the Win32 metadata generation tooling, then compare their treatment with callable APIs; done means a clear project decision and verified projection behavior.
