Description

Reference list: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/gflags-flag-table

These should ideally be exposed as something like NT_GLOBAL_FLAGS, then fields within structs like IMAGE_LOAD_CONFIG_DIRECTORY64 such as GlobalFlagsSet and GlobalFlagsClear could be typed with it.

Research direction

Start with the linked GFlags flag table, then locate the declarations for IMAGE_LOAD_CONFIG_DIRECTORY64 and its GlobalFlagsSet and GlobalFlagsClear fields. Done means the kernel GFlags are represented by an NT_GLOBAL_FLAGS type and those fields use it.
