Description
Continued from https://github.com/microsoft/cppwinrt/issues/942.
It would be nice to have overloads of winrt::to_hstring for commonly used types such as PackageVersion, Color, Point etc... Also need stringification support for boxed types.

Research direction
Start by reading the continuation issue, microsoft/cppwinrt#942, to recover the prior discussion and intended scope. Identify how winrt::to_hstring currently handles existing types, then define the supported additional types and boxed-type behavior; done means the requested stringification coverage is implemented and verified.
