Description
Hi,
Am I right in thinking that wil::ResultException::what() returns an ANSI-encoded string?
It'd be useful to be able to configure the library to return a UTF-8 string instead.
Thanks

Research direction
Start with wil::ResultException::what() in include/wil/result_macros.h at the linked lines, and verify how its current string encoding is produced. Determine the configuration boundary for selecting UTF-8, then define completion as a supported option that makes what() return UTF-8 while preserving existing behavior when the option is not enabled.
