Description
assign_to_opt_param(ppszBufferString, reinterpret_cast<TString>(pStart));
Casting the byte pointer pStart to a wide char type might yield strings that are not correctly terminated, and could lead to buffer overrun.

Research direction
Start at include/wil/result_macros.h:2232 and inspect the surrounding macro, especially pStart, TString, and assign_to_opt_param. Verify how the byte pointer is converted and how termination and buffer bounds are handled. Done means the conversion cannot produce an unterminated wide string or cause a buffer overrun.
