Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the display language to Chinese (Simplified).
2. Ask the agent to open a page in the integrated browser in a new tab, e.g. Open https://code.visualstudio.com in the integrated browser in a new tab (this triggers the open_browser_page tool). The "是否打开浏览器页面?" confirmation appears; its message reads: 这将在集成浏览器中打开 <url>。代理将能够读取其内容并进行交互。
3. Confirm the dialog, then ask the agent to navigate that page, e.g. Navigate the integrated browser to https://example.com (this triggers the navigate_page tool). The "是否导航浏览器?" confirmation appears; its message reads: 这会将浏览器导航到 <url>，并允许代理访问其内容。

Actual

In both confirmations the link covers everything after the URL, and the link target is the URL with that text appended, so following the link opens a broken URL:

• "是否打开浏览器页面?": <url>。代理将能够读取其内容并进行交互。 is a single link.
• "是否导航浏览器?": <url>，并允许代理访问其内容。 is a single link.

Expected

Only the URL is a link.

Additional Information

• In both messages the URL is directly followed by full-width punctuation with no space in between. The English strings have a space after {0}, so they don't show it.
• This happens for any rendered chat markdown in which a bare URL is directly followed by a non-whitespace character.

Start by tracing the rendered chat markdown linkification used by the open_browser_page and navigate_page confirmation messages, then reproduce the issue with a bare URL followed immediately by full-width punctuation or other text. Done means only the URL is linked and its target excludes the following characters, while the existing English and Chinese confirmation messages still render correctly.
