Clarify which files can be imported as automations

Description
Problem
When importing an automation from disk, the UI asks for a path without explaining what an "automation" on disk is or which files are supported. It is not clear that the expected input is a *.automation.md file.
Expected behavior
Use a file picker filtered to *.automation.md. The UI should also show the supported file pattern in placeholder/ghost text or supporting copy so users know what they are selecting.
