## Description

The Customizations UI can remain stuck showing `Loading...` indefinitely instead of displaying the available customizations.

## Expected behavior

The Customizations UI finishes loading and displays its content, or surfaces an actionable error if loading fails.

## Actual behavior

The UI remains in the loading state and does not recover.
