Allow marking chats as done in addition to sessions

Nested chats created through session tooling cannot currently be marked as done or archived independently, even though they appear alongside agent sessions in the UI.

For users, the implementation distinction between chats, subsessions, and sessions should not affect lifecycle management. Chats should support the same **Done** / archive capability as sessions so they can be removed from the active list when work is complete.
