Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
- VS Code Version: 1.139.0-insider (4fa9fcf245ad90eb1f21fae5ed0511515e068b1d)
- OS Version: Windows 11
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Chat sidebar and use **Move Chat into New Window**
2. Prompt something
3. Close the chat window
4. Go to the Sessions list and see that session **does not appear** there
5. Restart VS Code
6. Notice the session is there, but clicking does nothing
