Description

Type: Bug

When I open a new VS Code window or open another project the file explorer on the side no longer loads my files until I change side panel and back.

Clicking the "Report issue" button in the panel just gives me en error pop-up saying "No Copilot on Rails diagnostics have been recorded for this workspace yet." instead of just letting me report the issue.

VS Code version: Code 1.138.0 (7debcd0e2acdea1c52de81bf9ee1620444407dda, 2026-09-15T07:24:32Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.26100
Modes:
Remote OS version: Linux x64 6.18.40.1-microsoft-standard-WSL2
