- Feature (e.g. agent/edit/ask mode): Agent Merge
- Selected model (e.g. GPT 4.1, Claude 3.7 Sonnet): GPT-5.6 Terra
- Logs:
`Task completed: Enabled persistent Agent Merge monitoring for #1913. Monitoring will begin after this turn and remain active to recurrently inspect validation, Copilot reviews and suppressed comments, review threads, and merge conflicts, applying authorized fixes until actionable issues are resolved.
`

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Activate Agent Merge with check for reviews and CI failures
2. Mostly issues are only resolved once.
3. After that new reviews/comments/issues are not resolved, even that the agent states that "Monitoring will begin after this turn and remain active to recurrently inspect validation"
4. Only instructing the agent to not rely on Agent Merge and check on its own starts pulling fresh details from the PR
