### Problem
It is not currently possible to create a **Chat** session (a session with no workspace) for a remote agent host.
The session picker exposes **Chat** only as the local/default option. Remote agent hosts are available through **Remote**, but there is no way to select a remote agent host while keeping the session workspace-less.
### Expected behavior
A remote agent host can be selected when creating a **Chat** session without a workspace.
